RESERVE YOUR HOME

BUYER TIMELINE

Below is the purchasing timeline for all those interested in making a reservation to purchase a unit at Terceira. 

Reservation Timeline 

  • Reservations are being accepted.

  • To make a Reservation, read the Instruction Checklist, print the Non-Binding Reservation Agreement and the Broker Disclosure Forms (see below), sign them and mail to Landmark Real Estate Group, 817 Pinedale Road, Fort Walton Beach, FL 32547 along with your deposit check ($5,000 payable to Chesser & Barr-Terceira Escrow).  

  • Landmark Real Estate Group (representing Developer) will notify you within five business days of receipt of your reservation if your reservation has been accepted by the Developer. If it has, Landmark will mail you the Non-Binding Reservation Agreement executed by the Developer.

  • When sufficient reservations are accepted, the Condominium Documents (as filed) will be sent to those holding a reservation, and within seven days from that date, you must execute a Purchase Contract in the approved form and submit the required Earnest Money Deposit equal to 20% of the unit purchase price to confirm your status as a unit purchaser. (At the time of Purchase Contract, you will be able to select from the available color and finish choices offered by Developer for the Terceira units, add upgrades to your unit as offered by Developer, or choose the “decorator-ready option” as described below.

Decorator-Ready Option

For those wishing to further customize their unit, at the time of executing the Purchase Contract, you may elect to purchase the unit “decorator-ready.” This option will be available to you for various living areas and/or finishes within the unit: Developer will offer you certain allowances as a reduction in the Unit Purchase Price for the “decorator ready” options you select, and it will then be your responsibility to finish those areas, at your cost, as you wish.
