Decorator-Ready Option
For those wishing to further customize their unit, at the time of executing the Purchase Contract, you may elect to purchase the unit “decorator-ready.” This option will be available to you for various living areas and/or finishes within the unit: Developer will offer you certain allowances as a reduction in the Unit Purchase Price for the “decorator ready” options you select, and it will then be your responsibility to finish those areas, at your cost, as you wish.

The Technical Unit Area, for each unit, as defined by the Florida Division of Condominiums, which is usually a smaller number than the Marketing Unit Area, will be provided in the Prospectus and noted in the Declaration, when those documents are available.
